Instructions
To use it, apply cement onto both sides of the tear. Let dry for 5 minutes and then apply second coat. Let that dry for 10 minutes and then press the two pieces together. Let it cure for 5-10 minutes. Once cured, you’ll have a strong, flexible repair that will stand up to constant pulling and motion. Use it to change out the seals on drysuits, repair neoprene waders and gloves, add a pocket to your wetsuit, or fix a tear in neoprene boots. Whatever your neoprene repair may be, fix it quickly in the field or at home.

GEAR AID - AQUASEAL + NEO CONTACT CEMENT
Very easy to apply and drying times were accurate. Yet to test it in the water to see if it's sealed the small tear in the wetsuit. Looks like it will be as it's bonded well and is flexible.
