Returns Policy
We stand by our products and services and will ensure you are a satisfied customer. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
However, we only accept returns on swimwear, if there is a manufacturing fault or the product is completely unused i.e. packaging and labelling is still intact. Please contact us on 09 484 0035or sales@teamline.co.nz
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your store credit or refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in the original and/or appropriate packaging to:
