Many drinks are too sweet to be used in performance situations resulting in them being diluted down along with the electrolytes but our Performance Hydration sports drink has been specifically formulated to avoid this. The drink when used at the recommended concentrations will not only taste great but will help you perform.

How to Take

DIRECTIONS: 

Add one level scoop (included) of powder for every 250ml of water and mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.

RECOMMENDED USE: 

500ml – 750ml per hour during extended exercise.
